• Avoid spamming/trolling or you may be timed out
• Please keep conversation relevant to the stream
• Do not mention other streamers/vtubers unless the streamer bring them up first or you will be timed-out/banned
• Avoid spoiling gameplay unless the streamer ask for help
• Do not mention the streamer in other vtuber stream unless the streamer is relevant to the content of that stream
• Be respectful to the streamer and other viewers

Roleplay

This refers to roleplaying as the agency's talents across various platforms.

• Impersonation & IP Use: Using the agency's characters or Intellectual Property (IP) for roleplaying (ROLEPLAY) is strictly prohibited, regardless of intent. Furthermore, impersonating the agency's talents or creating accounts and communication channels that could mislead the public into believing they are official accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Legal Action: If such accounts are discovered, the company reserves the right to take legal action without prior notice.

Clipping Membership-Only Streams

• Public Streams turned Membership-Only: For public livestreams that are changed to "Membership-Only" after the broadcast ends, the agency permits clipping, provided that the clip does not exceed 30 seconds in length.
• Exclusive Membership-Only Streams: For livestreams that are broadcast as "Membership-Only" from the very beginning, clipping is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
